Lavender Chamomile Bath Salts
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup Epsom salt
- 3 tbsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tbsp lavender
- 1 tbsp chamomile
- 20 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a glass, ceramic or metal mixing bowl until thoroughly blended.
- Pour mix into a container.
Notes
- To use this mixture: Pour 2-4 scoops into your bath and soak for 15-20 minutes to get the greatest benefit.
- Yields 16 oz.
