Laughing helps to shut off the fight, flight, or freeze stress response which in turn reduces stress hormones. Having a lower energy level is connected with illness. In fact, those with chronic illnesses have consistently low vibrational energy levels. This is a great energy hack for those who are energy sensitive! After faking it for 10 minutes, your brain will release the same feel-good endorphins that are released when you genuinely laugh. And once those endorphins have been released and you feel better, you will find yourself genuinely laughing more and more.
